Disappointed client

The worst service ever. I ordered from this store about a month ago and i only received my items today. The worst part is that the owner of the store will not even make an effort to let you know what the hold up with the order is. My items came short and I still do not have an explanation of why I did not receive everything from her. To everyone who may think of ordering from this store, please be very careful as this lady might be a ****.
