Carpet cleaning disaster

They were contracted to remove stains, which was explained to them, from a fitted carpet. I was assured that it would not be a problem but their work was less than successful. The stains are still on the carpet. Their staff are not issued with protective gear and had to rush outside every few minutes to get away from the chemical fumes of products used. The equipment used had seen better days. Somehow they managed to destroy the ceiling fan in the room. I would definitely not recommend this company.
