Immaculate stained my carpet

<p>Immaculate cleaned my carpets in Nov 2016 after reassuring me they would be able to remove some stains which were present. I asked them to redo as the stains were not removed. In the process they made large white stains on my dark grey wool carpet. They have been back once to attend to it with some improvement but far from perfect. They said they would return to finish up. That was Dec 2016. Since then they do not respond to any of my emails. The office staff and the people coming out to do a quote appear knowledgeable if unresponsive. The cleaning team that cleaned my carpets were however, untrained, uninformed and should not be allowed to work unsupervised. Very unimpressed.</p>
