Immaculate is impressive

Great service from Reagan at Immaculate Cleaners. He organised the upholstery cleaning I wanted efficiently and kept in touch, was friendly and informative. When I discovered I had forgotten to have some cushions cleaned, he arranged for them to be picked up, dry cleaned in the factory, and returned the following day. He knew that I was having people for dinner on the Saturday, so he personally dropped them off on the Friday as the driver was not available. Going the extra mile in customer service deserves some public appreciation. Thank you Reagan
