Zero Empathy for Current Students
I have 3 modules left to complete my Marketing Degree. I saw a post on the IMM Facebook page, which was posted on July 8th, stating that students had two weeks left to register. On the last day I registered for my last three modules, received the invoice, and immediately paid. However, I was declined as the registration for one of those three modules closed 1 working day before. This was not stipulated on their social media posts. Now I have to wait another 6 months just to complete that one module and, I may have to pay another registration fee.
I sent through a honest plea for IMM to reconsider but I received a decline with zero empathy.
