Your initial query was received on the 5th of September 2019, and you were assisted by Wayne Chetty with your cancellation request. 

 

As per the IMM Graduate School cancellation policy, all cancellations received, together with the required completed cancellation application form and if applicable, supporting documentation, will be accepted up to and including the cancellation closing date. The cancellation fee of R465.00 per module would then charged to your student account, and the remaining module fee remaining in your student account. This information was supp**** to you on the 5th of September when your email query was received.

 

The cancellation closing date is available on the Calendar of Events which can be downloaded from the IMM Graduate School website, which was the 6th of September 2019, as you were advised. 

 

Unfortunately, your completed cancellation application was received on the 17th of September 2019 and not on or before the 6th of September 2019, as advised by Wayne Chetty and thus could not be approved. The request was made for supporting documentation in order to assist with your cancellation appeal, via a telephone call, but this was not received.
