I want to take a moment to highlight the exceptional service provided by Nomi Nunge from the IMM student support team. Nomi consistently responds to emails with impressive speed, ensuring that no question goes unanswered for long. What sets her apart is the thoroughness and clarity of her responses; she addresses all aspects of my inquiries, making complex information easy to understand.

I particularly appreciate her human touch—Nomi doesn’t come across as robotic or scripted. Instead, she speaks in a warm and approachable manner that makes communication feel genuine. When I was new to the eLearn portal and had a plethora of questions, Nomi was incredibly patient and supportive. She guided me through the process, making my transition much smoother.
