Shocking service from IMM GSM

<p>Hi</p> <p>I usually don’t complain about things but felt very disappointed with the lack of service I received from IMM today after travelling a long distance to get to your offices to submit an assignment for Marketing 3, and then being turned away by a very rude person who did not show any interest to listen to me. I’m really considering not returning to your *********** institution next year to do my marketing degree, and will most certainly not recommend you guys to anyone.</p> <p> </p> <p>Assignments are usually submitted in March for semester 1 which is 100% fine, but in this case the tutorial letter on the eLearn portal stated that marketing 3 can be submitted before <strong>15 MAY 2017 15h00, today is the 13th</strong>.... If this was a mistake then it is the responsibility of IMM to communicate to me as a student who PAYS for the service, if it was free it would have been a different story. I’m doing my marketing diploma on the distance learning concept and rely on the information given to me on your portals.</p> <p> </p> <p>Yes, I can submit the assignment on the exam date but I would have liked to get feedback on the assignment, well I hope I can still do that as one cannot seem to rely on the info that’s given to us.</p> <p> </p> <p>Will there be marks deducted from my assignment because of your incompetence now?
