Poor Service
I app**** for an RPL for the BCOM Marketing & Management Science program for the 2nd Semester and haven't had a response. After I followed up with the student advisor , i was told that the decision would remain pending my results for the HCM AL101 which i did in the 1st semester. results were released on the 12th and I achieved an A grading for the module however I am still waiting for feedback. Registrations close next week and I have been left destitute. this is a serious service breakdown from the so called globally recognized institution.

RPL applications may take up to 21 days to process.
I will look into this immediately and ensure that you receive a response from a senior member of staff by 12h00 tomorrow.
Please use the helpme @ immgsm.ac.za email address that you have used previously as responses are given within 24 hours when emailing this helpdesk.
Fortunately, we have extended the registration closing date to 16Sepember in order to accommodate students affected by COVID-19 and the recent unrest.
Apologies for this delay.
