Lauren Schultz is a champion!
I am a current student at IMM Graduate School. I've logged some support tickets with the IMM Support desk over the years, and some of these have been resolved by Lauren Schultz. Lauren is an absolute pleasure to deal with. She knows the portals and the systems very well and is able to guide me to have my problem resolved. Thank you, Lauren!
