IMM's main focus is making money nothing more-disapointed and regret not studying through preferred institution by my employer

IMM seems to be a money making business,zero care or connection with the students-i'm currently studying part time and my company is no longer able to pay for me as we're facing an economic uncer*****y due to the pandemic. I've since been paying for myself and encountering endless headaches,unanswered calls and un-rep**** emails-rude consultants and resulted to seeking help from a previous year's one as he was more helpful..They have systems that seem to constantly have errors,which are enforced upon students and if you don't go through them or struggle since they're faulty,they grade you zero despite putting an effort to take time away from your busy work schedule and submitting on time-they have zero empathy regardless of money going to waste,i suppose because it goes straight into their bank account-we are facing employment retrenchments yet we have to deal with selfish businesses like IMM-as i speak,i tried to get through to their help me desk and finance as well as called,i just got off a call with an un-proffesional person that kept me on the line and went silent,after saying hello a couple of times she then decides to speak-this is frustrating especially since i could have put my money towards something else or another institution. IMM is nonchalant when it comes to issues faced by students in relation to their systems.They do not make any attempts to assist students for a better outcome in anything.The more money they gain the better..i'm so disappointed and i do not expect any better based on experience,all i know is that the marks i lost because of their faulty systems will not make me repeat a module and waste money on IMM again-and with no one returning my my calls and emails,i will have to escalate this matter externally.
