IMM has not released my refund after 4 weeks of submission
IMM have withheld my refund now for 4 weeks since sending all requested documents. I was advised that my refund would be done on Friday June 8th, but to my dismay no funds in my account.

I have looked on our system and noticed that we received your application on 10 May. All signatures for approval were finalised on 31 May. The refund should indeed have been paid by 8 May. I apologise for the delay. You will be contacted by a member of the finance department to provide you with an update.
