IMM GSM a complete lack of consistency and an increasing lack of support

• IMM is always changing something from semester to semester, in some semesters there is a workshop before the assignment and then the next semester there is not. We used to have access to past exam paper answers now we do not. We use to get a guideline for examinations now again we do not. Even after the examination we don’t have access to the answers, so when we fail we still have no idea where we are going wrong. • Why are there no rewrite for those studying through IMM? I understand we only receive rewrites if we are at the very end of our degree. It adds A lot of time of when you fail in different semesters, I mean I feel that IMM has taken so much support away from us already (making it more challenging) but no option for a rewrite? • I attended an IMM workshop before the exams, in the previous workshop it was about R950, I paid R1500 for the workshop this time, but to my surprise I was asked to provide an addition R300 for notes when attending the workshop into a personal bank account. THAT DOESN’T LOOK GOOD FOR IMM. I purchased the notes as I felt I would be at a disadvantage without them but soon realized that without the notes I wouldn’t have been able to follow the lecturer. Why did you increase your price and still not provide me notes? (And dare I to mention the notes were plagiarized from the book without any credit or referencing?)

I feel that IMM GSM has given less and less support and has been less consistent overtime and it has really has a sever effect on us students. I want IMM to respond to me answer my questions and address my concerns.
