IMM Graduate School Rip-off
My daughter is attending at IMM in Brooklyn Pretoria. She wrote her exams and received the results via sms. When I contacted the school for a formal academic report to be emailed to me, I was told to pay R55.00. This is over and above the R60k I paid for the modules and classes. Does the tuition fee not cover results? This is a total ******* by IMM Graduate School. I’m taking my daughter to another institution. Very disappointed. I’ll never recommend IMM to anyone and I’ll share the reasons.

Students are able to download their academic results for free from the Student Portal. This download can then be printed and used as is required. There is thus no cost to generate one's own academic results and to print these.
In the event that an original Academic Record is required, then there is a cost involved as it is printed on letterhead, embossed, signed and date stamped.
The above is similar to the process followed by many banks where one may generate and print a bank statement at no cost, buy one must however pay a fee for it to be printed and stamped at the bank.
