Ignored by IMM GSM
I sent required documents to IMM GSM attention of Innocentia on 23rd June 2015. I asked her when I could expect my results to be available on the Student Portal and she didn't respond. In desperation I then contacted their Facebook page & eventually was advised to email the National Registrar via email which I did on Friday 3rd July. At the time of writing this complaint I have received neither acknowledgement nor response to my email asking when I could expect my results. It is now 2 weeks and I just want my exam results. I have been registered with IMM since 2006 and am saddened at the way they have treated me in this instance. I cannot make any meaningful plans without my results. Please could somebody just tell me what is going on.

As you are well aware, we have been unable to release your exam results as you wrote exams in South Africa, whilst we were not in possession of an approved permit from the Department of Home Affairs at the time of writing exams in SA.
I can confirm that the permit was uploaded to your student profile by Innocentia on 26 June 2015. I am meeting with the National Registrar tomorrow and will follow up as to when a response can be expected in terms of your application.
