This institution is absolutely pathetic. I was going to apply to do a course at IMM and hence I deposited an application fee of R1535 in May. I subsequently changed my mind and didn't submit an application form. Upon enquiring when I could get refunded my R1535 I got a very short and curt response from a lady Ra-ina in accounts to tell me that this is an application fee and is non refundable.
I then explained that I shouldn't be charged since I never actually submitted an application form and hence there was absolutely no admin work done by the school seen as though I NEVER SUBMITTED AN APPLICATION FORM?????
This was on the 18th of May but of course the IMM has not seen it fit to respond to my email.
Are you people really that desperate for money?
Anyone who reads this, please think twice before getting involved with this organisation if this is how they operate.
