Excellent service!
The service I have received from IMM these last few months have been exceptional, I was assisted with a misunderstanding and was able to graduate on time. I would like to send a big thank you to one person in particular by the name of Lauren Schultz in Student Support JHB, She is always friendly, quick to reply, always willing to help, find solutions and keep me updated. you are a true GEM!!

My sincerest apologies for not having responded to your email.
Your wonderful words are truly appreciated. The Student Support Team have come a long way since we created our team of 3 staff members in June 2019. We have been able to decrease our response times from almost 3 hours during business hours to at most 1 hours, but mostly between 10 and 15 minutes. Our response time for after hours messages is just under 3 hours.
Lauren has indeed played a MAJOR part in achieving this fantastic turn-around times. She is indeed a gem within the IMM and a perfect person to assist students.
I am also so glad that you could graduate on time and that you have found our service to be exceptional.
