app**** for registration for a week

I tried to register for my subjects, the eft system was down and no students were notified via e-mail or sms or telephonically. Every time I tried to register they asked for the bank you use and username and pin which was never an option before and the person paying for my studies did not way to disclose their personal pin online. I tried calling everyday for one week and was placed on hold.finally when I got through to them I was told I need to pay late registration fees which I cannot afford because my dad is not working. My fees have always been on time and I expect the institution to make an effort as much as the students do. The call centre agent was very rrude and not helpful at all. I am not willing to pay an extra R1500 due to them not letting me know tgat if i paid my fees from the 3 to the 7 August I would need to use a credit card. This is really an inconvenience because my assignments are due 18 August and I stil can't register.
