Appalling Service

I was a student at IMM and had 2 subjects left to write before I could obtain my IMM Diploma. I paid a fee of R1500 to IMM i December 2014 to secure registration for 2015. To my utter disbelief, I was advised I couldnt write the modules as I had not registered to write as the programme was a teach out phase. I failed 1 subjects in the last semester of 2014, leaving me with 3 subjects to complete. I pleased with IMM to give me a chance to write these 3 subjects as they were the only ones remaining in order for me to acquire my Diploma. No one assisted me, instead I was sent from pillar to post and advised to redo the entire Diploma.<br> <br> I wrote to the dean of IMM, she couldn't assist me. I requested a refund for the R1500 in 2015 but NO RESPONSE RECEIVED. I sent another email on the 11th February 2016 and was asked to complete the refund form, I got a response from Ra-Ina on 25.02 requesting I verify my banking details of which I did. To date no refund has been processed and no communication advising of why its taking so long.<br> <br> I sent another email on the 1st March 2016 and still no response. THIS IS PATHETIC AND I REGRET HAVING BEEN A STUDENT AT IMM. #PayBackTheMoney
