Tripple charge of accomodation

My life partner and I slept over at Imla Guest Farm on the 1st of April 2025. The reception was hearty and warm. We did not get the room that we booked due to an electrical fault, the owner took us to another room, without informing us what the tariff is. The next morning, my partner got an invoice, that was three times more than what we booked for at Booking.com. When my partner asked the owner about the invoice, he just said it is a fault on Booking.com’s side, and he must sort it out with them. We also indicated that we don’t want to have breakfast, and what we see on the invoice – breakfast for two! Although the venue was breathtaking and the reception was first class, we will never forget how we were taken for fools to pay three times more than what we originally booked for.
