Imizi Housing - empty promises lead you to be homeless!

I app**** at Willowdene Project and was approved. I made it very clear I had to be out of my place on the 1st of December. Marvin and Willowdene assured me there was a unit available for the 1st but I had to pay the deposit etc. I proceeded to pay the full deposit and first month's rent. He now NEVER returns my calls and NOBODY has answers. Myself and my kids are now living where we can. I have heard I am not the first and there are sooooo many cases like this! DO NOT PAY ANYTHING UNTIL YOU HAVE IT IN WRITING
