SHOCKING SERVICE !!

I recently bought a tablet press from Mike at IMC Packing machines, when I received the machine we couldn't get it to press the "tablets" correctly. We contacted Mike who made many promises to come and sort it out, to this day (almost 6 months of trying) he still hasn't come. The dies he supp**** were of an inferior material and we have had to order new sets from a more reputable company. In short I would NEVER use this company again as they are full of promises but certainly do not deliver !!!
