disrespect telephonically - during my working hours!

The lady called me because i have an account in arrears, Which upon we made arrangements to pay on the 29.02.2020

on the 29.02.2020 the lady called me and said i have to made a payment as they do not see that i have made any payment yet? But it was not even the end of the day yet? I made a payment on 29.02.2020 at 10:17 just after our call. And i told her, how can she call on the day when im suppose to make payment and then tell me they dont see anything if they did not give me any time to actually make the payment that day yet?

Besides that she then calles me on 04.03.2020 during my working hours, where i requested her to rather call me after 4pm as i am currently at work, with no respect, she starts telling me off! and telling me i still made no payment

i made payment on the 29.02.2020, with a reference mistake - but her attitude during the call after i asked her politely to call me after 4 was unacceptable!

i insist on a formal apology for the attitude given to me during my working hours! People like that should not even do this job! if you cannot respect my time, why should i respect you?
