Contravening the POPI Act

I don’t know where these ****** got my contact number from and yet they are busy calling me and sending me smses, one of their consultants contacted me and asked if I give consent for them to process my information and I said NO. This clearly shows that they are not complying with the POPI Act, they never explained where they got my details from and how did they get my details. I will not answer any of their calls, they must delete my details from their systems.
