IMBER PROPERTIES - BADLY MISMANAGING OUR COMPLEX

The worst managing agent ever! When I purchased my unit last year I was told the bathroom and bedroom which had very bad mold due to a leak from the upstairs unit will be fixed and painted before transfer in November, it is now the end of February and still nothing has been done. I had a break in and need to have the doors replaced with the insurance and Imber properties managing agent Lillian tells me my claim is false and unwarranted?! Even though there is a case number and a detective who came out and took fingerprints. We get emails telling us that upgrading is being done items are being installed and all this done without consulting any of the owners of the complex. The managing agent sends contractors to my Unit without making an appointment to take photographs and among other complaints when I approached the chairman of the body corporate to complain, the next day I get an email from this woman telling me not to disturb the other residents at their place of residence especially the Chairman and to only communicate through her at Imber Properties. Since when does a managing agent get full rights to do whatever they please when they please? They even sent out a communication telling the residents that they can put in a confidential complaint about anything that happens outside the complex and they will send warnings to the owners and the resident, the second warning will be a fine and thereafter eviction proceedings if more complaints thereafter. They cannot even run the inside of the complex properly and now they want to manage what goes on outside the complex??? Sad case of very bad mismanagement from a property agent.
