Pay my money back

I ordered something @ Imbali_couture on the 27th of Feb worth R1730 they promised to deliver on the 28th till this day haven't got any deliveries. I asked for my refund they keep on saying they did n send me **** proofs when I told them that I have not been paid they stories everyday I don't knw what to do anymore now.
