My June Salary

I'm really not happy with IMB, I started using it in March to receive my salary , I had to send my payslip to them every month till May so that my salary could reflect on my phone, now I haven't seen my June salary because they are saying it's not reflecting so I don't understand why only this month and not the other months , it's really pathetic, I have my payslip with me and gave them all the necessary information needed but still they have an audacity to tell me they can't see my money
