Promised new LCD would fix cellphone

On 11/01/16 I took my smart kicka with damaged screen to Iman cellular in Voortrekker Rd central Bellville, close to the Wimpy, for repairs. I was told that the LCD was faulty, and TWICE asked whether replacement would definitely solve the problem. I was told it would, and charged R170 for replacement. It didn't solve the problem, and five minutes later when I returned to the shop, I was treated in an extremely rude manner, and falsely accused of asking \only for a lcd"I have no knowledge of cellphone repairs"
