Disappointing service from Imali Roof Trusses

After issuing an order and making payment for my roof we had to wait for Imali's installation team to install the roof. This took forever and we were told that they would recommend a sub-contractor to install our roof as there teams were too busy at the time. We were also told that we would have to pay the sub contact directly, which we did. However, the sub contractor never completed the roof installation and has not returned back to site. I then call Kim ***ner of Imali) and he told me that should I need Imali to finsh the roof I would need to pay them an additinal amount. He was not insterested in assisting with calling of the sub contractor to finish the work even though they recommended them. The agreement with Imali was that the entire job would be completed by them which they now are taking no responsibility for at all. I find this lack of service appauling and the attitude despicable. Not helpful at all. Very disapointing.
