uncollected debit order.

hi hello peter.

i have a loan with imali direct, they were supposed to debit the last installment but they didint, i was given biancas number to assist me, i spoke to her last week monday 29/04 she said she will get back to me but she hasnt. ive been calling everyday eversince to follow up but i cant get hold of her, they keep on transfering me to their collections department who never pick up.

i need the money to be debited and im now worried about my credit record.

please help me.
