Terrible after sales service

My Fathers funeral was on the 26th of August 2023. Today is the 5th of October 2023. and we have not received one photograph or video of the funeral to remember our late father by, we are approaching his birthday and we have already had the one month anniversary of his passing and we do not have any memories of his funeral as we are still waiting to receive the stuff. Spoke to the consultants that handled the funeral organisation and they advised. They have given me answer there is nothing that they can do.
