No pay out
I’m extremely disappointed with Imakamu funerals. My grand mother passed on and I submitted a claim, guess what it’s been more than 48 hours since I submitted my claim and yet no pay out. When I call they taking me from pillar to post. I spoke to Hilda who by the way promised to call me as soon as I made her aware that I submitted my claim on time which on their side they submitted it late. It’s my grandmothers funeral this weekend and Hilda never called me back. I’m definitely gonna be shopping around for a funeral policy that prioritises its customers not money and bad service.

Some people just go in to this business for money , they have zero passion for it and it shows in how they treat their customers. As soon as I get this pay out I’m out because what in the hell is this? I wasted so much money trying to call them and no one ever bothered to call me back. I’m annoyed to the core.
