Imakamu is a ****, FSCA must investigate

Imakamu is a ****.my mother passed on on Thursday 27/02/2025. They charged us R6700 for the corpse that slept there for not more than 24 hours. Preparation of documents eg, death certificate, BI-1663 R1500 which I beleive that service should be part of the clients package. R500 for the corpse to be laid at the premises. R4500 for the corpse to be fetched. They refused to provide us with a recording between the sales agent and the client proofing that their contract being reinstated has limitations. The FSCA should investigate Imakamu as their compliance is not in order. They provided the deceased with a reinstated policy with full cover of R5000 but no costs were implemented for the 1 day services. No TCF was app****.
