Bad Attitude

Today i went to IMAKAMU FUNERAL in Katlehong Khumalo Valley Sontonga Road to query a debit order & to check the people that are insured on this policy.The service i received today was appalling this lady seemed like i am bothering her ,answering with an attitude & also busy with her cellphone.I always go there when ever i need assistance & Koketso is the one that always goes the extra mile & beyond.The lady who assisted me today (ZERO REGARDING CUSTOMER SERVICE ) her attitude......wow ,maybe she must go for training on how to treat customers.I am extremely dissapointed. Welldone Koketso for your great service keep up the great work my & please teach your colleague on how its done.
