Would definitely not recommend Imagine Stone Works in Knysna Extremely poor workmanship and skill installing my counter top to my new kitchen Joins not level Joins chipped Counter tops bowed on join Poor planning so joins sit on unsupported areas Damage to my new appliance Damage to my end panels Broke my sink support

When I first emailed owner about my concerns his response was extremely unprofessional Saying I’m looking for reasons not to pay him and he won’t return to complete unless i pay him in full I asked him to please come to site and see the issues which he did On inspection he agreed my concerns were valid and they returned to “Repair” the issues Worst decision as it actually now looks worse than before
