Rude and Unprofessional Agent

I listed my Property with Angelo and the viewing agent Bhuti has been assisting with Viewing. I spoke to Angelo that I was organizing a tenant for the unit and he assured me that you sell to investors and that should I find a tenant they would not be required to vacate should the property be sold. I managed to find several tenants who are keen and I called Bhuti on Friday to arrange the keys so I can take the tenants through. He then volunteered to assist one of ladies with viewing. The lady contacted me on Saturday saying Bhuti doesn't answer his phone and he changed the appointment twice. I called Buti and his response was that he was busy with other things.I could have done this myself but he offered to help . I tried Agelo as well and he ignored my calls and my messages. Buti was very rude in our conversation on Saturday and he kept arguing with me. I asked him to please drop off the keys by me at work by 10h00 so that I can take the lady through at 12h00 .I called him again at 9h30 to arrange for the keys and he said he was still in Soshanguve but he will drop them off. It's now 10h45 and I need them for 12h00 but he still hasn't brought them. The service I got from you guys is terrible. Angelo has never bothered to get back to me today regarding this matter.
