Irresponsible and dishonest agents
<p>I am writing to warn the public about Imagine Property Investments. They are based in Cape Town but deal in property throughout the country.</p> <p>They sold be a flat in Johannesburg of which the transfer was done in May 2016. They failed to evict a tenant yet I made it clear in my email correspondence with Tasneem (agent) that I want the property with no occupants upon receiving the keys.</p> <p>The tenant does not want to sign a contract with me nor is he willing to vacate my flat. Imagine Property Investments engaged the tenant persuading him to vacate since May and to date there is no positive outcome while in the mean time I am counting my rental losses.</p> <p> </p>

Imagine Properties in their capacity as an estate agency unfortunately cannot ‘evict’ tenants. We cannot force anybody out of a property and there is a legal process to follow.
The registered property owner has the legal right to evict tenants, we however do our best to assist with tenant issues where we can.
