disgusting service from sale rep

I have been viewing properties for the last 2 weeks and was happy to go ahead with one , Angelo was the person I was dealing with , on Friday he called me to send him my email address as I told him I am not at work because I have a FAMILY EMERGENCY , Monday he called me back to tell me he has not received my email and the next time I want to buy property I MUST NOT CONTACT THE COMPANY . because it seems to him that I am no longer interested since it take 2 seconds to send an sms.

I feel this was disgusting service especially for such a well respected company , I am myself in the industry of servicing clients and I cannot imagine should I offer the same service what would happen to my job .

I need to share this with people because I don't think I am the only customer receiving this sort of service. it was to easily done.
