Worst ISP on the continent let alone South Africa

Their support is horrible. No one answers the phone, and when they do they ask you to hold then cut the call and never answer again. There is no 24hr support, nor support over the weekend so if anything happens you are alone during the weekend. Their online ticket system does not work, no one response to the tickets, eventually someone will just close them. It is also an issue to get them to cancel your service as no one response you end up stuck with them. Best advice I can ever give anyone looking for any services they offer is to look elsewhere. They do not offer those services, they offer money grabbing and silence.
