Worst ISP

What is the point for paying for a 6 meg line if u can’t even get a 1 meg line during peak times/ weekends and don’t bother calling the call center they only open durrimg working hours at least when we were still on Telkom dial up they had a 24/7 support desk

Note If this is not resolved soon we will be cancelling and moving to a company that actually has a support team
