Worst IPS by far!!! Imagine ….. imagine what!?

I’ve never dealt with such ***********, rude and downright disgusting people. When you have an issue - and you try to contact them, they can see it’s you so they just ignore you and don’t answer the call. Eventually someone will answer and just leave the phone off the hook. The service from this **** internet service provider is non existent. Staff are lazy, rude and just straight up ***********. Im forever sitting without internet but never get any support. There are only two technicians there and no one else can help… so god forbid those two get ill. I paid and did all the applications required for an upgrade on my line, low and behold, I’m still waiting almost a year down the line. If I could make one suggestion…. Stay far away from this **** hole company.
