VERY VERY UNHAPPY

I woke up again with no internet and as per usual they don't answer their phones. I have never had such a bad experience. I cant even get another provider because I have to cancel with these guys and they dont respond to emails and dont answer their phones. I rely on the internet solely for my kids schooling and my income. DISGUSTED.
