Terrible Customer Service

If you want great sales (Shane was the best ever salesman) and the worst customer service and support, Imagine IPS is the provider for you.

If you want any sorts of help/service from them you need to constantly complain and even then they are slow and seemingly reluctant to help.

Never try them, its a bad idea!!
