Pathetic

I would never recommend anyone to ever sign up with this service provider and you don't get customer service or support at all. They make promises and fail to deliver and when you do ask questions about service delivery they quick to blame others. Promises are never kept and they never come back to you or provide any service.

I think a zoo has better systems place to address concerns and complaints that Imagine.

Imagine that if Imagine could provide a service and if they could provide effective Internet solutions....
