Imagine - Hidden Costs

So I signed up with Imagine end of last year for a 10mg uncapped Fibre line which was R639.00 per month I also had to pay an admin fee R250 along with an additional R99 for the delivery of the router to my home. I never had an issue with network however when I canceled only due to them not serving the area I moved to which is literally 2.8km from the old home. I gave one month's notice and at the end of the day they charged me R999.00 cancelation fee, whenever I asked what this is for they kept referring to 4.11 in the contract which states installation cancelation fees so I kept asking and saying I never had an installation done I simply plugged in the router and it worked, they then claimed it was for the activation of the line to which I asked for proof and they said its private information they can't supply. I refused to pay until they clarified what the costs consisted of but they never did and debited me anyway and I was reminded that if I don't return the router on my own expense I will be liable to pay 600 to 700 for the router. There is NO FREE INSTALLATION as per their main selling point, it's all hidden costs. They are expensive and don't care about anything other than money. They are rude and don't respond to emails. I'm taking this to the CPA ombudsman. Absolutely ridiculous
