Horrible service

So today is day 7 that has passed without any connectivity...

I did all the follow up's with imagine ips to date nothing has happened.

I dealth with Dylan who then escalated the matter to Keith... was told that keith will call me shortly today 28 September after 16h30... nothing has happened no call and still no connectivity...

Is it really frustrating to know that this is the service you receive from a service provider... IMAGINE IPS
