Horrible service

My fibre has been off since Sunday. I sent emails, calls and follow emails. All they have been telling is someone will attend to u in 2-3 days , i mean this is absolutely ridiculous. No sense of urgency, no empathy and no apology. I am disgusted by their level of service. I lost a deal bcz of their lack of response.
