DISGUSTING SERVICE! LINE NEVER WORKS

Firstly the service at Imagine IPS is disgusting they have a whats app line that you get blatantly ignored on. My internet was down for a week and finally I was assisted now 2 days after it being restored I now sit yet again without internet. So what am I paying for the service is just disgusting I have never dealt with a service provider that provides a total lack of service. Stay far away from this service provider they may offer great rates but it's not worth the frustration. I no longer will pay for days my line is not working. January I so far have 8
