DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE

The Customer Service this Company delivers is non existent. We have been emailing and calling since 2nd February to have our line released, we get no response from the lady we were told by the Owner to use, now she says we must give a month's notice and return the modem, surely from the 2nd February to now is over a months notice, then has the cheek to say we must return the modem which they never supp**** we have our own modem.

If this is Customer Service then I dunno how they still in business.
