This service provider basically has one employee that goes the extra mile the guy called Keith but as far as I can see between imagine and vuma they have left me waiting for my Wi-Fi to work the customer service is just pathetic i am at boiling point with this service provider and they just keep ignoring the problem you ask to speak to a manager and still no call back not even from the call center this is proper *******
